CORE A&E (“we,” “us”) is an architecture, interior and construction studio based at Nabinagar 10, Block F, Dhaka Uddyan, Mohammadpur, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh. This policy explains what personal information we collect through coredesignersbd.com, by email, phone and WhatsApp, and while delivering projects, and what we do with it.
We keep it simple: we collect only what we need, we use it to do the job you asked us to do, and we do not sell it.

The information we collect depends on how you deal with us:
- Enquiry details. Your name, phone number, email address, project type, site location and the brief you send us through the website, email or WhatsApp.
- Project information. Land documents, maps, building drawings, access arrangements and details of how your business or household uses the space, shared with us so we can design and build.
- Contract and payment records. Proposals, agreements, invoices and payment confirmations. We do not store your full card or bank login details on our website.
- Website usage data. Technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and time spent on pages. This is collected automatically through standard analytics tools and cookies and is used to understand how the site is performing.
- Photographs and site records. Photos and videos taken during and after construction to document progress and quality.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- respond to enquiries and prepare proposals,
- design, build and hand over your project and handle warranty matters afterwards,
- manage contracts, invoices and payments,
- communicate with you about your project, including schedules, approvals and site updates,
- improve our website and services, and

4. Portfolio photography and your privacy
We like to show our work, but never at the cost of your privacy.
- Private homes. We do not publish the owner’s identity, precise address or security arrangements without your written permission. Photographs focus on architecture, light and craftsmanship.
- Commercial and corporate projects. We showcase these in line with what we have agreed with the brand or company.
- Full confidentiality. If you want your project kept entirely private, we will sign a non-disclosure agreement and publish nothing.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal or project information, and we do not give it to advertisers or lead brokers.
We share information only when needed to deliver your project or run our business, and only with:
- structural engineers, MEP specialists and other consultants working on your project,
- suppliers and trade partners who need project details to supply or install materials,
- service providers such as website hosting, email and analytics providers, who handle data on our behalf, and
- authorities or advisers where the law requires it or where we need to protect our legal rights.
6. How we protect your files
Digital drawings, structural analyses and MEP schematics are stored on secure, access-controlled systems, and only the architects and engineers working on your project can open them. We ask consultants and partners who receive project information to keep it confidential and use it only for your project. No system is completely risk-free, but we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse or unauthorised access, and we will tell you promptly if a problem affects your information.
7. Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar tools to make the site work and to understand how visitors use it. The data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
8. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as we need it to deliver your project, honour our warranty obligations, and meet legal and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are kept for a reasonable time in case you contact us again, and then deleted.

To the extent permitted by the laws of Bangladesh, you may ask us to:

- correct information that is wrong or out of date,
- delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal or contractual reasons, and
